OUR CHEF
Khalid is our superstar chef who puts his heart and soul into every burger (no blood, sweat or tears though – we have a five-star hygiene rating, thank you very much!). He is a business magnate who regularly amazes his friends and family with his culinary prowess.
He has been honing his cooking skills since childhood, often heading into the kitchen to create dishes with whatever ingredients he could find. There was rarely a plan or a recipe, yet everything he touched seemed to evolve into food gold.
It all began in 2020, where he finally answered the call of the kitchen and began his burger enterprise. It was a trip to the UAE that inspired him into action. With incredible burger establishments on every corner, Khalid saw a niche in the London market. He also noticed everything that could be improved and vowed to bring home the good elements of the middle eastern culture, while perfecting everything else. His standards were high and his burger stacks are even higher!

Our retro Airstream has been kitted out with top-of-the-range equipment to ensure we serve only the finest food. It certainly looks the part, evoking a traditional image with a modern edge that lets customers know there is something special going on inside.
